Tortillas (70% corn, 30% flour)

Hoi sin sauce

Red cabbage

Sesame seeds

Rice noodles

Habanera onion

1 soft shell crawfish



Sesame seed oil

Place the tortillas in the broiler and cook each side for 1 minute.

Rub the hoi sin sauce over one side of the tortilla.

Add the cabbage and lettuce. (Mix)

Sprinkle sesame seed and rice noodle.

Sprinkle some onion habanero.

Place a slice of avocado on top.

Place the cooked crawfish on top.

Garnish with a fresh cilantro leaf.

Add a few drops of sesame seed oil.
