1/2 CUP COCONUT

3 TEASPOON GINGER

2 TEASPOON SHALLOTS CHOPPED

1 TABLESPOONS ASIAN BEAN SAUCE

3/4 CUP VEGETABLE STOCK

1 CUP BROWN SUGAR

1/4 CUP TAMARIND LIQUID

I TEASPOON SOY SAUCE

I TEASPOON SALT
PULSE TOGETHER COCONUT, GINGER, SHALLOTS (CHOPPED), AND ASIAN

BEAN SAUCE IN A CUISANART ADDING VEGETABLE STOCK.


PUT IN PAN BROWN SUGAR, TAMARIND LIQUID, SOY SAUCE. BRING TO
BOIL, REDUCE HEAT AND COOK FOR 10-15 MINUTES MORE.


STRAIN AND ADD 1-2 TABLESPOON LIME JUICE OR TO TASTE.
