Rhubarb-Apple Crisp

Fuji apples
Rhubarb stalks
Rolled oats
Millet or oat flour
Light brown sugar

Chop fruit into bite-sized pieces and cover bottom of (8x12) Pyrex dish
with fruit. In separate bowl combine:
1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup rolled oats

Mix dry ingredients well. Melt 1 cup butter. Fold melted butter into dry
ingredients. Moisten thoroughly. Sprinkle mixture on top of fruit. Bake in
oven at 350 degrees for just under one hour. When top is browning or fruit
is bubbling, it's done.
(You can use any fruit with this dish. Berries work really well.)
